Surfs up!
I survived…just the 17/18 hour bus journey from La Serena to Iquique it was uncomfortable, hot and very boring a bit like an aeroplane really (shows national express up anyway!)

A lot of buses and Plane Flights
Since my last entry we have arrived in Antigua enjoyed the most beautiful beaches ever (see the flickr pictures), I have been bitten to pieces by mosis but am noow recovered, have done a mammoth plane journey of 4 flights and 22 hours, spent 2 days in Santiago Chile enjoying the weather and seeing the sights (to be recommended) and I am now in a place called La Serena about 350 miles north of...
Got my Sea Legs!
We have finally arrived in Antigua after a four days with a lot of sailing, I got my sea legs and managed to keep fuel down as it were.
Am getting a tan :) which is fantastic, I have panda eyes which are quite funny but over all I am having a wonderful time and really enjoying every moment.
The next step which begins on Thursday is our 22 hour trip to get to Santiago in Chile I am very excited...

Have done quite a bit of sailing since last on here, the wifi has been scarce and the weather has been lovely.
The sea sickness that was predicted has hit and hit hard, we stayed in mooring off Martinique the other night and ben spent the whole night keeping me company as I was very scared by the rocking of the boat!

Bird poop
Am here safe and sound, the weather is amazing and the beaches are beautiful. My only comment is that the caribbean marketing teams are very very good.
Right now I am sat opposite the marina looking at what seems to be a recreation of the black pearl and cursing the bird that decided to bless me with its waste by pooping on me this morning…yuck!
Going to explore the island today and will...
